This two and one-half day seminar integrates classroom lecture and hands-on laboratory sessions to provide a comprehensive learning experience. There will be one full day of lectures and one and one-half days of hands-on laboratory sessions to provide the participants an overall understanding of solid dosage granulation and coating technologies.

This seminar is intended for all Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Scientists, Technologists, Operators, Supervisors and personnel involved in the development and processing of solid dosage granulations and coating processes. A comparison overview of the fundamental concepts and properties of fluid bed granulation and coating, high shear wet granulation, roll compaction compression granulation and tablet pan coating techniques will be presented and demonstrated.

Enrollment Information

Course instructors are Vector Corporation Laboratory Process Scientists, Engineers and various Technical Support Managers from the industry. A list of the instructors and their responsibilities will be provided in the course binder.

The seminar fee is $1,350.00 per attendee and there is a limited capacity. Applications will be taken on a first–come, first-serve basis. Seminar registration and hotel arrangements must be made no later then August 22, 2008. A block of rooms are reserved at the Cedar Rapids Marriott Hotel (319-393-6600).
