Lab and Pilot Sized Tablet Coating Systems

The fully perforated VHC system is designed for aqueous and solvent film coating processes. The system can also be configured for optional sugar processing.

 

The Hi-Coater® systems are flexible; capable of processing batches at 25% of the rated maximum capacity.

 

With a continuous welded pan housing and a reduced size exhaust plenum, the fully perforated VHC is extremely easy to clean and inspect.
