Recipe Workspace

The patented Recipe Workspace recipe management system consists of the Recipe Editor and RecipeGrid.

 

Shown to the right is the Recipe Editor, which provides the user with a graphical interface to create an infinite number of recipes and recipe templates without re-validating the PLC or SCADA System.

 

 

 

 

 

 

For those that like to view recipes in a ‘Grid’ format, the Recipe Workspace includes the application RecipeGrid (shown to the right).

 

The Recipe Workspace can create and edit recipes either from the Recipe Grid or the Recipe Editor, making it the most versatile Recipe Management System for batch processing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

InfoWizard

All historical information associated with process batches are accessible using the Infowizard application.

 

The Infowizard is fully configurable, allowing the user to create reports that include process data, alarm information, log-in activity information.

 

Reports can be printed or saved to PDF formats.

 

 

 

The InfoWizard is fully configurable to meet the most stringent interpretation of FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

 

The Compu 4® collects all batch information and stores it within a SQL CE Server database, providing a perfect method for exporting batch information plant-wide networks or MES systems.
